While staying in Plovdiv, partners from Autismo Burgos and ZAMS visited Early Childhood Development Center called Pathechka. The founder of Pathechka is Maria Goranova. Pathechka collaborates with a wide network of specialists from various medical, counselling and therapeutic services, and in close contact with social services. Here are some parts of the services that Pathechka provides:
- Psychomotricity
- Speech therapy
- Montessori
- Psychological support
- Art therapy
- Music therapy
In December 2024, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Bulgaria awarded with annual prize for social innovations to Pathechka as the most innovative social enterprise in Bulgaria providing social innovations related to provision of social products and services.

And in April 2025 Vice Minister of Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Director of Directorate social enterprises visited Maria and Pathechka.
Maria guided us through the Pathechka and introduced us to different therapies they offer there.
